Thank you all for your support. We appreciate your understanding to help keep the community safe.

 

Please be informed that as a result of COVID-19, we enhance a strict protocol to ensure the safety of everyone. Please be aware of the following at Smile Craft Family Dentistry: 

​

• A face mask is optional, but encouraged. We appreciate you keeping yourself and others safe.

​

• If you are not feeling well and experiencing a fever/have symptoms of greater than 100 degrees, coughing, or shortness of breath, etc. please reschedule immediately.

​​

• If needed for a minor, we ask that you keep a one to two guest limit if accompanying a minor. 

​

• Certain office areas closed off temporarily (waiting area and kids game room).

​

• Maintain at least six foot distancing when possible. 

​

• Use of hand sanitizer and hand washing station is always available for all patients and staff to use.

 

​

If you are experiencing a dental emergency or need to schedule an appointment with us, please call our office at 316-768-6408 for further instructions.

 

We remind all patients to continue to thoroughly wash hands frequently, avoid touching their face, practice social distancing, and take any necessary precautions for their health and of others. We recommend staying up-to-date with the CDC and following appropriate guidelines to keep yourself and others as safe as possible.
